Service

Power Plus! and JT Packard service all generator makes and models, including CAT, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, Kohler, Katolight, John Deere, and more.  We provide preventative maintenance, with contracts ranging from one to four preventative maintenance visits per year, and on-demand repair.  Our services are performed in accordance with all applicable codes and standards, such as JACHO code, NFPA 110, NEC 70, and NEC 30.  Contracted customers receive priority emergency service and benefit from our guaranteed response times.    

No project is too large or too small.  While Power Plus! and JT Packard are capable of total engine re-builds, we also analyze coolant and oil to project and prevent significant component failures; conduct load bank testing in two-, four-, and six-hour increments; dispose of and recycle non-consumable waste; maintain strict compliance with EPA standards and municipality requirements regarding emissions; service automatic transfer systems (ATS); and log significant statistics, such as run-time.  All services are documented, with reports soon to be made available online through our secure customer portal.
