The role of the Senior Sales Application Engineer at Power Plus will be to sell and support the functions of the Sales Team of Power Plus. This role will be responsible for all aspects of application engineering and proposal development and review. Additionally this role will be responsible for creating one line conceptual designs, engineering support, vendor management, development of new markets and participation in industry trade events and networking opportunities. The position is primarily an office based position in a professional office environment, but travel and customer facing capabilities are also encouraged. Travel would typically be less than 20%. Compensation is a base with commission paid monthly on delivered products and booked services. Requirements:
Reporting Structure: The position will report to the Director of Sales for Power Plus and could eventually be a supervisory position.
The role of Director of Sales for Power Plus is to be an active sales Manager in the critical power market place. In this role the Director of Sales will be responsible for recruiting, training, hiring and day to day activities of the sales department of Power Plus. This would include Service Sales, T&M Sales, Equipment Sales and Application Engineering. In addition this role would be responsible for setting pricing standards and managing profitability within the product segments. Primary Functions:
Reporting Structure: This role reports to the VP of Sales for Power Plus and will also be responsible for managing the inside sales teams including Service, Equipment and T&M sales.
