JT Packard - Sales Account Manager - Verona, WI

Sells and services new and existing customer accounts and prospects via telephone and e-mail.  Qualifies new and existing accounts for follow-up sales opportunities of all JT Packard products and services.  Builds and maintains customer relationships with assigned accounts to facilitate additional product cross selling, long term contracts and initial maintenance revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts, providing premium customer service and routine follow-up to maximize add on sales.  Identify new opportunities for account penetration.
  • Contact prospective customers to determine product needs and presents product features and benefits to resolve identified needs.
  • Qualify sales opportunities for all JT Packard products and service contracts.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments to resolve customer questions and problems.
  • Utilize telephone and e-mail for solicitation of products.
  • Maintain appropriate sales records and prepares sales reports as required. Interface with Contract Administration where appropriate.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-5 years relevant sales experience
  • Ability to deal with customers where tact may be required to maintain harmonious relationships.  Computer fluent, with specific attention to e-mail and Microsoft Office product; SalesForce software experience a plus.
