JT Packard - Strategic Account Specialist - Verona, WI

This position will be accountable for supporting and servicing key and strategic customer accounts by performing a variety of duties associated with successfully implementing and maintaining positive account services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management – Act as key post-sales contact for all assigned accounts (excluding service scheduling and emergency equipment calls) to ensure smooth service delivery and account billing. Monitor JT Packard’s account performance via ongoing communication and support to Strategic Accounts Directors and key contacts. Responsible for knowing each location while maintaining control of assigned services. Provides regular and positive communication with all accounts contacts in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Quoting - Prepare responses to all quotation requests, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), using the standard pricing matrix and account pricing guidelines.
  • Project Oversight and Service Order Tracking – Maintain a solid understanding of all projects and scheduled events for assigned accounts. Preventative Maintenance Schedule oversight, properly track PM visits to ensure contract obligations are met.
  • Reporting – Create and maintain Critical Asset Portfolio (CAP) reporting and Business Review information for accounts.  Transmit CAP reports to all required personnel for assigned accounts.  Complete monthly Executive Summaries as required.  For KPI accounts, properly track and report all KPI metrics within the parameters defined in the contract. Review Field Service Reports to a level required to ensure CAP report accuracy and support quoting opportunities.
  • Order Processing - Review contract, purchase orders, invoices, lien releases, and modifications for compliance with company standard terms and conditions. Use company standard addendum templates and assist with preparation of new templates for use in account terms and conditions revisions. Perform administrative coordination activities associated with the receipt, booking and processing of customer purchase orders (sales orders) for service contracts. Responsible for new account setups and supporting contract renewals.
  • Business Reviews - Develop and write Business Reviews for all assigned accounts that require such reporting. Work with the Strategic Account Director to ensure that all business review components are complete and concise.  Participate in all Business Review meetings and conference calls with functional groups.
  • Administrative - Other duties and responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred, or a broad knowledge of the industry that JT Packard competes.
  • Preferred 2-5 years of related experience in a technical sales and service support or national account support/management.
  • Proven ability to deal with customers where tact may be required to maintain continuing harmonious relationships.
  • Computer fluent, with specific attention to e-mail and Microsoft Office product skills; Salesforce and/or Clearview experience a plus.
