Marketing Supervisor

The role of the Marketing Supervisor is to coordinate and execute all the internal and external marketing and promotional functions, including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events and demos. This role will also serve as a supervisory position for additional marketing personnel.

Primary Functions:

Develop and manage marketing business plan
Budget development and management of Marketing functions
Website Development and updates
Public Relations, press releases and imaging
Overall branding vision and execution
Electronic Marketing
Lead development
Trade show logistics and management
Sales collateral creation
RFP support
Working in a team selling environment
Industry networking, and social network management

Key Attributes:

Ability to write, manage and execute a marketing plan
Expertise in electronic marketing
Ability to create and manage and effective marketing budget
Effective writer and proofing capabilities
Experience in managing website protocols and language
Self Starter who can think outside the box
Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Informed on market and can lead direction on new and upcoming marketing tools
Experience in developing trade show marketing strategies.

The position will be primarily office based in a professional work environment seated. There will be limited travel required to attend industry trade events.

Requirements:

Proven track record in successfully managing entire marketing functions for a company
College Degree in Marketing
Strong background in website development and search engine optimization
Accomplished user of Microsoft products and marketing software tools
Ability to create graphical promotions and sell sheets

Reporting Structure:
The role of Marketing Supervisor will report directly to the VP of Sales for Power Plus.
