Sales Support Supervisor

The role of Sales Support Supervisor is responsible for the ongoing management of the sales support functions of Power Plus.  The role will support the functions of a sales team involved in selling service and equipment that will be generating quotes and accepting and responding to RFP's and lead inquiries.  The Sales Support Supervisor will be responsible for all pre and post sales support functions including CRM management, RFP response, project management, vendor management and procurement as well as managing additional sales support team members that perform the functions of Sales Support within Power Plus.

Primary Functions:

  • Management of all pre and post sales support functions.
  • RFP response and preparation.
  • Quote preparation.
  • Post sales equipment project management.
  • CRM management, champion user.
  • PO processing and vendor management.
  • Sales Template management.
  • Management of additional sales support staff.
  • Oversight on GSA schedule and Government contracts.
  • Lead generation and distribution.


Key Attributes:

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong writing skills on RFP response.
  • Ability to work in a team selling environment as a key component of delivery.
  • Experience managing CRM tools and setting up customized options
  • Advanced user of Microsoft office products including PP, Excel and Word.
  • Management skills and delegation of duties.
  • Vendor management skills in execution and delivery
  • Strong customer management skills and exceptional customer follow up.
  • Past experience in the Critical Power industry.


The position is primarily an office based position in a professional office environment.  Compensation is a base with commission paid monthly on delivered products and booked services. 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a Sales Support role with multiple functions
  • Master user of CRM tools
  • Expertise in Microsoft office products, and PC use.
  • Ability to create professional proposals
  • Management and or supervisory experience.
  • Exceptional customer management skills and follow through.


Reporting Structure:
This role will report directly to the VP of Sales for Power Plus.




Sales Assistant of Business Development

The role of the Sales Assistant Business Development is to support the functions of the VP of Sales for Power Plus and the Business Development department  in developing and creating proposal and sales support for all aspects of Power Plus  including, proposal development, GSA and government contracting, vendor support, new business prospecting , sales channel growth and development, product roll outs and sales research.

Primary Functions:

  • Manage GSA Contracting and Government proposals
  • RFP response and preparation
  • Vendor management and contracting
  • Create Sales reports and forecasting
  • Support BD and new business opportunities
  • Prospect for new RFP's and partnering opportunities
  • Project management and execution
  • Research and Business case studies
  • Lead generation and distribution
  • Pricing and P&L responsibility


Key Attributes:

  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and ability to prioritize.

  • Government contracting experience
